Our Ahmedabad facility runs at a production capacity of 80,000 metric tonnes per annum, making SSPL one of the largest producers of native and specialty starches in India. This scale lets us support everything from small custom batches to long-term bulk supply commitments, without compromising on consistency from one production run to the next.

Our strategic location planning is the key to catering to the huge demands of domestic as well as international markets.

Our manufacturing facility is strategically located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the commercial hub of the state, providing excellent connectivity through road, rail, and air networks. This prime location enables us to efficiently serve both domestic and international markets with speed and reliability. Ahmedabad Airport is situated just 20 kilometers from our plant, while Ahmedabad Railway Station is only 8 kilometers away, ensuring seamless transportation and logistics. For export operations, we benefit from close proximity to India’s major seaports, including Kandla Port (270 km), Mundra Port (290 km), as well as Pipavav Port and Nhava Sheva (JNPT). This well-connected logistics network allows us to optimize transportation, reduce transit times, and ensure the timely delivery of our products to customers across India and around the world.
